T2W Tunnel provides secure HTTP tunnelling services allowing users to expose local servers to the internet via custom subdomains. Additional features may include:
- Secure HTTPS tunnels with SSL certificates
- Custom subdomain allocation
- Access logging and monitoring
- Web-based chat functionality (Pro and Enterprise plans only)
- File transfer capabilities
4. Chat Service - Specific Terms
IMPORTANT: The chat service is restricted to paid subscribers aged 18+ and is intended for business/development use only.
4.1 Age Verification: Access to the chat service requires an active paid subscription (Pro or Enterprise plan). By subscribing, you confirm you are 18 years or older and that your use is for legitimate business or development purposes.
4.2 Acceptable Use: The chat service must not be used for:
- Communicating with or soliciting minors
- Transporting ,showing any form of pornography
- Harassment, bullying, or abusive behaviour
- Sharing illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Spam, phishing, or malicious communications
- Any activity that violates UK law, including the Online Safety Act 2023
4.3 Monitoring and Content Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate chat communications to ensure compliance with these Terms. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
4.4 No Expectation of Privacy: While we implement security measures, you acknowledge that communications over the internet are not entirely secure. Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment details via the chat service.
5. User Accounts
5.1 Account Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Price Changes: We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of UK law
- Host, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to host illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service as any form of social media
